    • Using any telephone, you can dictate 24 hours a day seven days a week. Each client is assigned a user ID. You simply call in, enter your ID number, dictate, and hang up. Additionally, using the number pad, you have access to fast forward, rewind, pause, stat, and more.

  • Handheld Digital Dictation

    • A digital handheld recorded stores voice digitally. You can carry the recorder anywhere and dictate at any time. When you are ready, you cradle the recorder, which uploads the digital audio file into our digital dictation system.

  • HIPAA Compliant Data Transfer

    • The transcribed document is delivered to the client via our web site, secure e-mail, or your EMR system.

  • Four to 24 Hour Turnaround

  • The Price is 9 Cents Per Line

    • A visual line (as it appears in the text) price is 9 cents per line. A virtual line (65 characters per line) price is 12 cents per line.
